Services

Forgeworxs LLC provides digital marketing services on a monthly subscription basis. Services begin upon successful payment and continue until cancelled. You may cancel any service at the end of the current billing period.

Payment

All fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel any service at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Intellectual Property

All content we create on your behalf (posts, reports, ad copy, etc.) becomes your property upon delivery. We retain the right to reference your business in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Forgeworxs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, industry competitiveness, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
